Refund Policy
General
The following items are non-refundable according to the law:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded per our discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refund
In some cases, only a partial refund is possible:

A cheat that was purchased did not meet your expectations

Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery (maximum return period is 14 days).
In these cases, you can get a refund of 50% of the cost of the cheat.
Special cases
In some cases, by mutual agreement of the parties, refunds can be made without canceling the current cheat subscription.
In this case, you may receive a refund in the amount of 20% of the cost of the Cheats.
Full Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

If you did not Activate our cheat

If the Cheat is damaged or does not work.
Cases in which a refund is not provided
In the following cases, a refund is not possible:

The cheat is damaged and does not work through your fault.

More than 14 days have passed since you received the goods.
Shipping returns
It is your responsibility to pay the fee to return the item. The fee is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the fee will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your payment method, the amount for the return fee may vary. You are responsible for the cost of the commission.
You are responsible for the safety of the merchandise during the return.

Once we receive your return request, we will contact you within 2 business days.
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
